We left Adelaide and went to Singapore where we went on the Night Safari. It was nice. Then we flew back to Japan. ?Teachers and parents ?were there to welcome us home . We were also greeted by a bit of rain and the beauty of the Japanese cherry blossoms. We thank everyone for their prayers and support.

Today was the farewell party for all our girls. Some of the host families were able to attend, as well as teachers from SAC, MMC, and OLSH. Some of the buddies also attended. (さらに…)

All 3 schools were having their farewells today and 2 were at the same hour. I went to SAC to say hello to the girls there, and then went to OLSH. At lunchtime, in the courtyard, he students had snacks to share with buddies and other friends they had made. The Principal, Ms. Joy Bedford, also came to greet us.? (さらに…)

Today our girls and their buddies from Mary MacKillop College went to the Noarlunga Aquatic Centre where they learned snorkeling and surfing. Three of our students went fishing. It was a beautiful day for an all day excursion. (さらに…)

This is our last week here. I went to SAC and took some pictures of the Capitanio students. At recess and lunch most students sit on the ground and eat. Our students have adapted to this. ?There will be farewell parties for our students and their buddies at each school on Wednesday. (さらに…)
